Fahrenheit 451 Book Covers
These three book covers conceptualize the theme that American society does not accept individuality. Each cover explores a different type of design: Digital, Homemade, and Typography.
By showing a line of matches and then a red book it shows the need for those who have bold ideas have to blend in with society or it will be destroyed.
Handmade Design
This piece was made my tearing apart pages of an old book, staining the pages to give them an aged look, then set the pages on fire and photographing it.

Society rejects those that have ideas that are not main stream. Whether those ideas are written, in art, or expressed vocally common society strives to tear those ideas down. By showing a fire built of ripped pages it shows the power behind these ideas that are written by many. But by then putting those pages on fire shows the way that society attempts to destroy those ideas.
Typography
By making the "1" in "451" different from the others shows the theme from the novel, that American society does not accept individuality.
